In order to reach larger branches, first remove the small ones. Bind them together with one of the self-made willow tie wraps.
The old craft of a grindworker, in the Biesbosch national park, included the cutting of 3 and 4 year old branches on standard sizes. Our guide Toon shows uw how it is done.
